If you’ve watched any of Jack’s videos you will see CUSO’S DIRT® Barbecue Rub used in many of them. 

What makes dirt black? It’s activated charcoal, which looks amazing on steak. If you’ve ever seen black ice cream, that’s the activated charcoal! You can use this with everything, not just beef. You can also add it to things like mustard and mayonnaise as a binding agent.
