Shipping FAQ

Please call us at 781-646-8473 to inquire about shipping or curbside pickup.

We currently only ship to the United States and we do not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items you are ordering and your shipping destination. No additional handling fees will be charged. Your order of in-stock items will be processed for shipping in 1-2 business days and you will receive your package in 1-5 days. All shipments are sent UPS from Massachusetts.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you used when you placed your order. UPS confirmation emails will include tracking information. If your order does not arrive when it should, please contact us so that we may help to resolve the issue. If you have specific shipping requests please call us to discuss.

  • Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for damages or missing items.
  • You must notify us within two (2) days of receipt of any shipping damages.
  • Items damaged in shipping will not be accepted for return if damage is not reported within two days of receipt.

REFUSED Shipments:
If you decide to refuse your order placed with The Bar-B-Que Barn, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
