convEGGtor® for Large Big Green Egg

ConvEGGtor creates a natural barrier between the dishes and the open fire in the Big Green Egg. The special design of the convEGGtor provides good airflow and excellent heat conduction. The indirect heat that the ceramic heat shield allows through transforms the EGG into a full-fledged oven. Perfect for low & slow cooking where you cook ingredients slowly at a low temperature.
