Replacement Ceramic Snuffer Cap - When you have finished cooking, simply close the bottom vents, remove the Dual Function Metal Cap and replace it with the Snuffer Cap. This will stop the airflow and snuff out the fire allowing any unused charcoal to be lit in your next cooking session. The Snuffer Cap is left on when the EGG is not in use and will keep the inside of the EGG free from rain.
